Bordeaux & Rioja 2018

13th-20th May, 2018

Wine Tour Brand

A star studded tour for lovers of grand wines. Our route follows the trail of the Bordeaux winemakers who went south to Rioja when phylloxera hit France in the 1860s, ensuring that great Bordeaux style wines were still drunk in the 1860s, they just were made in Rioja.

This is a fantasy tour for lovers of fine wines and is limited to 16 travellers, so don’t delay if you can’t resist it!

Jeremy Shaw

Jeremy couldn’t resist a spell in Spain in 1993 just before he started working as a lawyer in London. He had studied at the Sorbonne and then worked in the wine industry for Steven Spurrier in Paris but the sunny days in Salamanca in that first half of 1993 changed his life. As well as meeting wife Marisa, Jeremy developed a love for Spain and the Spanish that has permeated his life ever since.
